Breaking that 'glass ceiling'
Great things have being happening at work ever since returning back from HCMC!
To begin with, my immediate boss tendered her resignation... Ho ho... =P
Please do not get me wrong here hor... I have nothing against her. In fact we have none whatsoever problems working together. And my almost two years supporting her can be a vouch for that! Hee hee...
Albeit my relationship with her is okay, but on a professional level it is really 'slacking' lor... Anyway her resignation has really 'open' doors of opportunities and possibilities in terms of progress and development in my worklife. The 'glass ceiling' has been broken! =P
My ED even had a talk with me to discuss about the future after my boss were to leave (she leaves in mid-May). Now I have been 'backed up' to carry out initiatives that have been 'shelved' for so long. And my first initiative is a staff newsletter which I call HWA Connect! with a tagline Connecting Staff Together!
I am very excited about this newsletter (working towards the first issue for May)and really pray that it will be success in terms of blessing my colleagues whereby we know each other better not only on a professional level but on a personal level as well. Hopefully this will bring about a healthy synergy at work and better cohesiveness working as a team.
This is also one step in fulfilling my one of my 'must-do' in a lifetime which is publishing a magazine! Yeah!

Special thanks to MDIS and Microsoft Publisher for inspiration and help=P
God is really awesome!
Now looking back, I understand now why in late February He had oddly (to me) instructed me to decline a job offer at that time.
God is all-wise and I am thankful how He has now enable me to nuture and use what He has blessed me with- my talents, resources and etc... to serve others in my work sphere of influence in a greater measure and capacity!
